The Theory of the Attitude we must have when beginning the “Journey” of Life

When beginning the journey, we must have open-mindedness with discernment. And an open heart ready to give and receive love. In my experience, this is the attitude we must have when beginning the journey of life.

1. Open-mindedness; This is when you are open to learning new things. Complete open-mindedness is towards all cultures and not just your own.

2. Discernment; Having discernment means we are able to think about those things we learned and form our own decisions accordingly free of bias or outside influence.

3. Having an open heart ready to give and receive love. This might be the most important part. I think this has a lot to do with being there for your family and friends and having a positive attitude.

4. I believe we are learning daily what it means to be open-minded and have discernment. Being open-minded and having the ability to make up your own mind is not new, it has been around for thousands of years, if not since the beginning of time. Having an open mind has always been there, and as I believe we are reworking and thinking about what is important to us and what it means to be open-minded and have discernment. I believe we can achieve this through prayer, meditation, and thinking about those things we have learned carefully. As I write this theory down, I know this attitude is the first step in our journey of life.

Doesn’t the water tap give more water when it is all the way open? So too, wouldn’t we learn more when we have an open mind? We need to be eager and willing to learn more.

Isn’t it easier to walk through a door when the door is fully open rather than only partially open?

When we have an open mind it’s like having opened the door to knowledge. We are free and able to learn as much as we want! Remember as we learn to have discernment. Think carefully about those things you have learned.
